The following cards are accepted Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo, please note that American Express cards are not accepted.

All tickets are available to purchase online via this website. When you press the Buy Now link on an event page, you will be taken to the secure booking site.  You will need to press the log in to my account button in the top right hand corner and follow the instructions from there. If you have any difficulties please contact the Box Office.

Concessions

Where applicable up to 5% of the event tickets are available for the concessionary price of £5. Concessionary rate applies only to those on benefits, full-time students and the under 18s. Proof of eligibility will be requested.

Exchanging Tickets & Refunds

We regret tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded (including for returns at sold out events). There are no refunds in the event of rain at Theatre in the Woods events. If an event is cancelled full refunds will be available. Please contact the Box Office.

Wheelchair Access

There is wheelchair access to all performance venues please ensure to book in advance. There is no wheelchair access to the Auden Theatre mezzanine floor. Access to the outdoor Theatre in the Woods is uneven and sometimes muddy. There is gravel at the entrance to Garden House Studio and a small step to enter.

Doors open 30 minutes before the performance starts.

Festival Week Arrangements

Tickets bought 5 days or less before the day of an event will be sent for collection by you at the Event Box Office rather than posted.

A Box Office opens at the venue one hour before each main programme event  where tickets for that event may be purchased subject to availability.

Holt Festival Limited reserves the right to refuse admission and to change the advertised programme. Details are correct at time of going to press.
