Sylvie Lewis has lived in six different cities and had serious affairs with many others. In her travels as a folk singer-songwriter, she met Sharon Lewis (ex-Pooka) in New York over a decade ago. They are joined at the festival by diva-chanteuse Carrie.
Their music runs the gamut from Hank Williams and Elvis to Bob Dylan and Harry Belafonte, including some beautifully crafted original tunes. Most of the songs come from good times, bar rooms, broken hearts or all of the aforementioned!
These girls know those famous sisters Love & Loss as well as their counterparts, Celebration & Commiseration.
Come and let your hair down and celebrate the absurd with these ‘sisters from other misters’.
